    About Teresa: Teresa is a learning experience designer and eLearning developer living in Switzerland. She has 10 years of experience designing and facilitating language and intercultural communication training in higher education and in a corporate context. She has a background in Cultural Studies and is certified digital learning manager. She's passionate about visual design and storytelling and wants to craft learning experiences that resonate with people and help them to change.

    Where does feedback fit in a story?
