When combined, "黏糊糊" (nián hu hu) conveys the idea of something being very sticky or gooey, with an emphasis on its viscosity or adhesive nature.

    Here are some other examples of ABB structures in Chinese:

    • 气冲冲 (qì chōngchōng) - to be angry and impatient
    • 香喷喷 (xiāngpēnpēn) - to be fragrant and delicious
    • 慢吞吞 (màntūntūn) - to be slow and deliberate
    • 急匆匆 (jícōngcōng) - to be hurried and rushed
    • 臭烘烘 (chòuhōnghōng) - to be smelly and foul
